How do I get the shoal salts in Shoal Cave in Pokemon Ruby?
Find Shell Bell and Shiny Spheal In the Shoal Cave north of the hunter's house is Shoal Stone and Shoal Sand. The sand is easy to find in mounds but you have to wait for the tide to get the stone. Randomly you'll find a Shiny Spheal. More? ChaCha On!

About Pokemon Ruby
Pokemon Ruby is in the third generation of Pokemon games that released along with Pokemon Sapphire on March 19, 2003 for the Game Boy Advance. The gameplay and controls are nearly identical to the previous versions except for the addition of double battles and Pokemon abilities.
