How do i get to fortree city from mauville city in pokemon ruby?
Go beat norman/5th gym leader. Then go next door to Wally's house, and get Surf Head back to Mauville. Head east to the water, and surf the water until you reach the next island. From there you'll eventually get to Fortree City. ChaCha!!

About Pokemon Ruby
Pokemon Ruby is in the third generation of Pokemon games that released along with Pokemon Sapphire on March 19, 2003 for the Game Boy Advance.
