How do I make an appointment with popular directors like Rob Marshall, Gore Verbinski, Catherine Hardwicke, Christopher Nolan etc, for a new project idea?

The best way for someone just starting out to get a movie project off the ground is to set up a company and a web page. Promote yourself by getting small projects on youtube.com. If you can get some attention there, you have a chance of someone like Gore Verbinski or his like to listen to you. Thanks for using ChaCha!
