About Milk
Milk is a white liquid produced by the mammary glands of mammals. It is produced to provide food for the young before they are able to digest other foods. Milk also serves as a way for the mother to pass on immunities and antibodies to her young. What milk actually contains depends on the animal it comes from, but most milk contains protein, saturated fats, vitamin C and calcium. In most western societies, cow's milk is the most prevalent.
About Vanilla Ice
Vanilla Ice, born Robert Matthew Van Winkle on October 31, 1967 in Dallas, TX, is a celebrity and musician who rose to international stardom after the release of his 1990 massive hit single, ''Ice Ice Baby.'' His music career didn’t last very long, but he maintained a strong presence in the pop culture sphere due to several appearances on reality television shows. In 2009, he launched 'The Vanilla Ice Project,' a home repair show on the DIY Network.
About Vanilla
The vanilla bean is derived from orchids native to Mexico, and was originally grown by the pre-Columbian Mesoamerican peoples. Spanish conquistador Hernan Cortes is credited with bringing both chocolate and vanilla to Europe. Growing vanilla is very labor intensive, which makes it the second most expensive spice after saffron.
