How do I reset a Zune HD?
If your Zune HD has become frozen or is not responding, you may need to reset it. Just press and hold the On/Off button for about 10 seconds and the device should restart.

About Zune
Zune is Microsoft's digital media player that was meant to compete with the Apple iPod. While it didn't completely fail, it never rose to the level of success of its main competitor. The Zune was officially discontinued on March 14, 2011 but the software will continue on as part of Windows Phone 7.
