How do I run faster?

Normally to increase running speed a person must put more effort into the stride and learn proper technique. Relax upper body, stand up straight and put more force into pushing off of the ground with each stride, not necessarily longer strides.

You can do Speed Training Exercises that condition the specific muscle fibers that generate speed and quickness. ChaCha on!
