Snakes have intestines which process the nutrients from the food. Whatever is undigestible is excreted through the cloaca (opening) about 2/3 down the underside toward the tail.Do you have anymore questions for ChaCha?

Yes snakes do poop. It doesn't happen often but once they digest something fully they do it like everyone else.
