How do temperatures on the moon differ from those on Earth?
The earth has the earths core as well as radioactive isotopes radiating heat up while the sun radiates heat in and that heat is trapped by green house gasses. While the moon doesn't have any of these (except for maybe a small amount of radioactive elements, but it wouldn't be much), therefore the moon is a lot cooler in temperature. ChaCha!
