How do u figure out a PUK code for a samsung phone?
The PUK code comes with your SIM card; call your service provider. To change a PUK, press 05, then the old PUK, new PUK number.

The SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card is what identifies the user to the phone network. Without a SIM card, the phone will be unable to connect to a network and will be unusable with the exception of calling the 911 emergency phone number.
