How do you change a decimal to a fraction?
To change a decimal to a fraction, remove the decimal point and place that number over 100! I.E. .37 would be 37/100! ChaCha!

If the decimal terminates (ends), the denominator will be 10, or 100, or 1000 or... (depending on the number of decimal places).
