Windows 7 To change your IP address, remove your router, and then click START, enter "ipconfig /release" just as you see it here, and then disconnect everything for at least one minute. Click on your START menu, then "Control Panel" -> "Network and Internet" -> "Network and Sharing Center" ->"Change adapter settings"/"Manage network connections". Then disable and check your IP. Cha!
