How do you curl your hair with a paper towel?
Wet your hair, not too wet or it'll break the paper towel. Starting from one side, get thin strands of hair and wrap them around a rectangular shaped paper towel section, then tie the paper towel ends together. Do it all around then set for 2 hours!
