Unfortunately, you cannot delete a tweet that someone mentioned you in on Twitter. All you can do is request that they delete it from their account, block them, or report them for spam. To delete a tweet that you have written, log into Twitter and visit your profile page. Hover your mouse over the tweet you want to delete and click the "delete" option. ChaCha!
