How do you disable the shields on Infamous for PS3 on level 36, when you have to shoot down the balloons?
In Infamous PS3, To get around the blue shield, employ the Lightning Bolt attack, which will automatically target the balloon if you're close enough. Doing so will temporarily lower the balloon's shield for a few minutes.
