Yelping is a type of turkey call that uses a series of notes to find the location of turkeys. This type of call varies in intensity and should have the same cadence as a wild turkey. Some types of yelps are called the plain yelp, the lost yelp and the tree yelp. Mouth calls, box calls and slate calls can all produce a yelp. ChaCha again!
