How do you find the area of a polygon?
By definition, all sides of a regular polygon are equal in length. If you know the length of one of the sides, the area is given by the formula: s^2N/4tan (180/N). S=length of side, n=number of sides, tan=the tangent function calculated in degrees. ChaCha on!
