How do you find whisp in animal crossing city folk for the wii?
At late night 8 9 10 11 12 go down to the beach walk around and around and a voice will talk to you, walk where its walking and wisp comes out (he looks like a Boo in Mario games except with a hat) then he will say find a lamp for me then i will give you a wish. Find an empty lamp its on the ground somewhere ( don't sell it) go find him again give it and he will disappear go to your attic then put the lamp and say rub then he will come out and give you 1 wish.
