The best way to get a title in Smackdown vs Raw 2011 is to win the Royal Rumble. Then you get either a WHC or WWE title shot at Wrestlemania. You could also win the MITB match, but it's hard to get into it. The other way is to keep winning with your CAW, and eventually you'll be named #1 contender for a title, and get a shot at the following PPV.
