How do you get dive on pokemon ruby?
To get the HM dive,fly to Mossdeep city if your already there go to the Pokemon center then head left 7 steps then up 6 steps then right again 2 steps then up 2 (it should take you to the middle house of three) then go in the house! then see stephen!

About Pokemon Ruby
Pokemon Ruby is in the third generation of Pokemon games that released along with Pokemon Sapphire on March 19, 2003 for the Game Boy Advance. The gameplay and controls are nearly identical to the previous versions except for the addition of double battles and Pokemon abilities.
