How do you get out the paint world on the video the Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion?
There is a paintbrush glitch in Elder Scrolls Oblivion Some examples of the Jacob's Paintbrush glitch's use are crossing destroyed bridges in Oblivion, sniping at enemies in the arena, passing over closed gates in Oblivion (so instead of going to the other towers and opening the gates), and reaching hard to reach places.
