How do you get rid of a hicky fast?
If you catch the hickey soon enough, you can minimize the mark by immediately applying ice. Otherwise, cover it with makeup.

Try to Ice the hickey's, if that doesn't work the only thing that you can do is put Concealer on or Makeup to cover it up.Chacha!

Put ice on it. Massage it too. Using a comb or a hairbrush to massage the area works better than fingers and hands. See link.

Apply a cold compress immediately. Keep the compress on 20 minutes, off 20 minutes. The cold will constrict blood vessels.
