How do you get rid of stress?

Stress Stress is a fact of life that will not go away. You can reduce it though. Exercise, sleep, friends, yoga, relaxation time, etc.

You could try exercising, or doing deep breathing exercises. You could also try progressive muscle relaxation. ChaCha!

One way that I get rid of stress is to do yoga. I use a video called "Yoga Zone" at home that helps w/deep breathing and relaxing.
