How do you get the unlimited rocket launcher on Resident Evil 5?
To get unlimited ammo for the rocket launcher in Resident Evil 5 all you have to do is beat the entire game in under 5 hours. You don't have to do it in one sitting, it's just a cumulative amount. You don't have to get any certain ranks, just beat the game in the allotted time. Make sure you toggle it on in bonus features, after you achieve it, before starting a new game!

About Resident Evil 5
Resident Evil 5 is the seventh installment in the Resident Evil series from Capcom. The survival horror third-person shooter released on March 13, 2009 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game follows characters Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar as they investigate bioterrorist activity in Kijuju, Africa. Gameplay is similar to Resident Evil 4 and features both offline and online two player co-op play.
