How do you get to kanto on pokemon diamond?
Unfortunately, you can't. Kanto is only accessible in Pokemon game generations I and II. You are able to migrate Pokemon found in Kanto using Pkemon games LeafGreen or FireRed to you pokemon diamond, however. ChaCha!

About Pokemon Diamond
Pokemon Diamond is a role-playing game (RPGs) developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo. It released for the Nintendo DS on April 22, 2007. The game adds many new features such as Internet play over the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, changes to battle mechanics, and Pokémon Contests.
