How do you get to the hanging ladder in God of War when you're swimming in Pandora's Ring?
On "God of War", return to the crystal eye and pull the handle to send the beam of light through Pandora's rings. Head to the center room and pull the lever to ride the elevator up to the statue's hands, then ride those to a circular platform.
