How do you hard boil an egg?

Rate This Answer

Here's an easy recipe for hard boiled eggs: Use as many extra large eggs as you'd like. Place the eggs in a sauce pan & add enough water to cover. Bring the water to boil and immediately turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit for 5 minutes, then remove them and allow to rest for 2 minutes. Crack the eggs on each side, roll back/forth, remove the shell and enjoy!
