An ECG is the only way to know for sure if you've had a heart attack. Symptoms include pain in chest or abdomen, fatigue, dizziness. etc. ChaCha on!

Heart attacks are scary things, and can happen to just about anyone, any time. They are the result of a stoppage of blood flow to the heart causing blood cells to die. This usually happens because an artery has been blocked by plaque made up of lipids and white blood cells. If heart attacks are left untreated they can result in severe damage to the heart or death.
