West Nile virus (WNV) is a potentially serious illness that is spread by mosquitoes. About 80% of people infected have no symptoms. The other 20% will have symptoms such as fever, headache, and body aches, nausea, vomiting, and sometimes swollen lymph glands or a skin rash on the chest, stomach and back. Thanks for using ChaCha!
