How do you lower the maintenance ladders in Sims Bustin Out for GBA?
In the clock tower, go down the trap door and pick up the blueprints. Head to manhole cover near the Country Cafe/Library. There's a red arrow. Step on the arrow and enter the sewers. Go to your right and step on the raised button in the corner.
