For corn casserole, you need 2 cans creamed corn; 1 can regular sweet corn; 1/2 pack crackers,crumbled; 1 tsp sugar; 1/4 cup milk, adjust as necessary; 1/2 stick butter; 1 egg & dash pepper. Mix all ingredients together. Add enough milk just to make mixture moist. Bake at 375 degrees F for about an hour.
