How do you make a good steak?
Peel and mince garlic. . Peel and slice onion into rings and set both aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take a frying pan and pour in enough olive oil to coat the bottom. Place on medium heat and wait till oil is very hot. While oil is heating, season steak on both sides. Carefully put steak in oil and sear on each side of the meat. In same frying pan add the garlic etc
