How do you make a latte?
To make a latte, 1st make a shot of espresso, between 1 and 1 1/2 oz, then steam 10 oz. milk. Point your steam wand towards the bottom of stainless steel pitcher to steam milk. To create froth, raise the tip just below surface of pitcher. Pour hot milk in 12-oz. glass until 3/4 full. Pour espresso shot into the steamed milk. Dust with ground chocolate, cinnamon or nutmeg.
