How do you make a martini?

Use 1 and 1/2 oz gin plus 1/2 oz dry vermouth. Stir with ice cubes, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive or a twist of lemon. Enjoy and ChaCha!

You can make a martini with 5 parts vodka, 1 part triple sec, 2 parts fresh lemon juice and 1 dash orange bitters. ChaCha on!

2 1/2oz gin or vodka depending on you preference. Hint of dry vermouth. A guideline is 8 parts gin or vodka, to 1 part vermouth.

I know many traditional Martini connoisseurs will tell me that there is only one true Martini, gin and dry vermouth. ChaCha!
