How do you make a spear gun?
Get a piece of PVC pipe, 2' long and 1" thick. Cut a notch 8 inches from one end. Reinforce the notch with duct tape Slide elastic bands in the notch. Sand stick into dart. Load, pull back and fire! ChaCha!
