How do you make a toasted cheese sandwich?
Put two slices of American cheese between two white or wheat bread slices. Over low heat, melt a small amount (a teaspoon or so) of butter in the frying pan. Add the sandwich, and when the bread is brown on one side lift the sandwich with a spatula, add another pat of butter, and turn the sandwich over. Brown on that side until cheese is melted and enjoy!
