How do you make cookie dough?
Cut one cup of butter into chunks. Place it and the brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat on medium until smooth and creamy. Add 2 cups of flour, 1 tbsp water and 2 tbsp vanilla extract. Blend until mixed well. Add the chocolate chips while the mixer is running. Continue mixing the chocolate chips in. Note that this is not a good mixture for baking, only eating.
