Cheese Goat cheese dip, you will need 5 oz fresh goat cheese, 2/3 cup low-fat sour cream, 3 green onions, chopped,1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tbsp chopped basil, 1 large garlic clove, and Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Combine goat cheese and sour cream thoroughly with a whisk or food processor. Stir in remaining ingredients by hand. Let flavors blend in refrigerator for several hours (or overnight) before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
