Cheese Making grilled cheese: Heat up the pan/griddle.Take 2 slices of bread, butter 1 side of each slice. Put 1 bread, butter side down in pan. Put 2 slices of cheese on top of bread. Put remaining bread, butter side up on top. Let it cook a few minutes. Flip over with spatula when golden brown. Cook both sides to golden brown. Remove from pan, let cool & enjoy. ChaCha!
