How do you make Italian water ice with the flavor cotton candy?
Candy stores sell liquid cotton candy flavoring. Mix 2 cups warm water and 3/4 cup sugar. In a pan, dissolve sugar in water. Add the cotton candy flavoring. Pour mixture into freezer tray and freeze. Stir frequently until mixture is thick and mushy.

About Sugar
Sugar is a natural sweetener. The white crystalline stuff we typically find in restaurants and in the sugar jar at home is processed and refined. Sugar from the Sugar Cane plant is typically brown in color and has more of a caramel flavor.
