Close eyes, breathe in through nose for a count of 6, hold for 6, then exhale for 6. On the exhale imagine yourself falling into darkness. Do about 10 times.

There's many different methods. Prefer listening to a guided meditation that you can find on the web, like youtube. Then close your eyes and breathe.
