How do you play the card game speed?

Speed- Deal 4 piles of cards in center-1 pile of 5, 2 piles of 1 card each, and another pile of 5. Deal 20 cards to each MORE?

When playing Speed, the best way is to deal the center cards 1st all 12 of them & then deal 20 to yourself and hand the rest over to the other person. It is so much easier because you only have to count the 20 cards 1 time (it comes out evenly). MORE
