How do you poach eggs MORE?
To poach eggs: Heat water to boiling, add 1-2 tsp vinegar, crack eggs & put in cup. Use cup to get eggs close to surface of water & pour into boiling water. Use spoon to keep egg whites close to yoke. Turn off heat, cover & let stand 4 minutes for whites to cook. Lift eggs out of pan with slotted spoon. Enjoy.
