How do you prevent makeup from running?
Always start with a clean palette. Wash your face and gently exfoliate, then allow a few minutes to dry. Afterward, finish it with a toner and oil-free moisturizer. Allow the moisturizer to set for at least 5 minutes before you apply any makeup. Then take a powder and brush it over your entire face, including your eyes. ChaCha!
