How do you program a Dish Network remote to the receiver?
If you have one of our newer dual tuner receivers, there will be a sysinfo button on the front of the receiver, press it. If not, look through the menu screen till you find it. Once on that screen there is a section that tells you your remote addresses. All you have to do is press and hold SAT until the lights on top flash, type in 01, 02, etc. Then hit pound. the sat button should flash 3 times to let you know you entered a real command. Your remote should work after that.
