Muscles Lie back the tub so that both ur shoulders are immersed in the Epsom salt water. Soak for 20 min. 3-4 hours after ur bath use a warm compress.Fill a pair of tube socks up w/ rice, tie the ends. Sprinkle ur rice socks w/ water. Don’t soak, just MORE?
