How do you remove a stubborn cv axle on a 92 Geo Prism?
Take a 3/8" ratchet extension and put the square male end (smaller end) in between the tripod on the half shaft and the transmission and tap it in, it doesn't fit so it works great to get it to initially pop out. Once it slides in, pry gently and voila, half shaft is out.
