Locate the OBD port on your Ford F-150 to the left of your fuse panel cover in the driver side foot well.2Plug the OBD plug from the OBD scan tool into the OBD port next to the fuse panel.3Turn the ignition key to the "II" position and wait for the tool to retrieve the codes. Once the tool has retrieved the codes, wait for the tool the clear the codes.
