How do you reset a zune?
Make sure that the Hold switch is turned off. Hold the Back button and Up on the control pad until Zune appears on the screen.

About Zune
Zune is Microsoft's digital media player that was meant to compete with the Apple iPod. While it didn't completely fail, it never rose to the level of success of its main competitor. The Zune was officially discontinued on March 14, 2011 but the software will continue on as part of Windows Phone 7.
