How do you reset your password on an intensity?
To reset your password on the Intensity: Turn on the phone, ensure that it is fully charged before proceeding. Hit *611 on the keypad; hit the green "send" button; enter in the number of the Verizon cell phone that you are requesting a reset for, including area code. When the system asks you what you are looking for help with, respond 'voice mail password' etc
