How do you safely bleach your arm hair?
Buy a cream bleach kit. Follow directions on how to mix the accelerator & cream. Apply the bleach to the top part of your arm closer to your shoulder. You should leave it on for a longer time because hair normally thins out as it grows closer to your back. Scrape off the same bleach with a butter knife & apply it to your forearm. Keep it on until you get the desired color.
